We store contact us submissions for six months after the competition of an enquiry.

Google Analytics records are retained for 60 months.

Unsuccessful project proposal information and contact details are retained for 24 months.

Successful project proposal information and contact detailed are retained for the lifetime of the agreement between us and the client.

We store contact details, including financial information, of ongoing clients for the duration of the agreement between us and the client.

Contact details, excluding financial information, of lapsed clients are retained for 12 months following the termination of the agreement between us and the client.

Google Workspace:

We use Google Workspace for email communications with our clients and creating electoric documents related to client projects. Personally identifiable information may be stored within Google Workspace for use in auto-completing users email addresses when composing an email. We only store client personal details within Google Workspace's after a client has contacted us directly.
We do store personally identifiable information about you when you email us.

We keep our privacy notice under regular review. We retain the right and ability to update this privacy notice at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the ‘About’ page on our website and make the relevant changes on this page. This is done to ensure that you are aware of the information we collect and how we use it, at all times.
